
My Approach
I use an integrative (directive & non-directive) approach to therapy, and within the ethical framework of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) I blend evidence-based techniques and modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I also make use of creative techniques to overcome parts of our self that we may struggle with and ways to manage those overwhelming feelings and emotions. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply wanting help to bring about behaviour change, personal development or exploring areas of growth and seeking clarity to gain deeper self-awareness, my therapy services can guide you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
