Who I work with
Counselling and psychotherapy shaped around you
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to young adults aged 16–25, adults aged 26+ and couples.
Whatever your age or stage of life, you are more than the problem that brought you into therapy.
My approach is centred around understanding you, your experiences, relationships,
patterns and what may be happening beneath the surface.
YOUNG ADULTS 16-25
Young adulthood can bring enormous change and pressure.
Relationships, education, starting work, family expectations, independence, identity and uncertainty about the future can all feel overwhelming.
Counselling provides a confidential space where you can talk openly, make sense of what you're experiencing and understand yourself more deeply.
ADULTS 26+
Perhaps something has happened recently.
Perhaps you've been carrying something for many years.
Or perhaps you've simply reached the point where you think:
"I don't want to keep feeling like this."
Therapy can help you understand difficult feelings, experiences and recurring patterns and explore why they may have developed.
COUPLES
You don't need to wait until your relationship reaches a breaking point before
considering couples counselling.
Perhaps you're caught in recurring arguments, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally distant or trying to recover from a loss of trust.

Couples therapy gives both partners space to be heard while we explore not just what is happening between you but what may be happening underneath it.
OTHER AREAS I WORK WITH
I also support people experiencing stress, anger, low self-esteem, relationship
difficulties, work pressures, compulsive behaviours, caring responsibilities,
chronic illness and significant life transitions.
Whatever brings you to therapy, our starting point is you.
